Cancellation of subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed for the next month, and the remaining minutes of the month will still be available.

Note: The date of cancellation is not equal to the expiration date. You can check the exact expiration date on Movio's Account Page.

The actual monthly cost of the annual subscription price will be less than the monthly subscription.

The monthly subscription charges your payment method at the same time every month. The annual subscription charges your payment method once a year.

You can upgrade your monthly subscription to annual at any time from the Pricing page. Click 'Upgrade' and confirm the details of the plan.

After the upgrade, the yearly plan will apply immediately. Your current monthly plan will automatically cancel after the current billing cycle.

No worries, we don't limit how you use or distribute the videos once you make them, as long as the materials and input you use are within acceptable guidelines (for example, no copyright violation of your uploads, no sensitive or bad words for character inputs).

If you wish to upgrade your video credit, choose the plan you need, Click 'Upgrade', and confirm the credits and difference of the plan.

After the upgrade, the updated plan will apply immediately. Your video credit will be updated based on the rest of the credit.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Cartes Bancaires (CB), Diners Club, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and UnionPay. For Enterprise plans, we also support wire transfers on request.
